Human Participants Committee (IRB)

The Human Participants Review Committee is committeed to providing a safe and healthy work and study environment for faculty, staff and students. ÌÇÐÄ currently has an Federal Wide Assurance number on file from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), for the protection of Human Subjects. ÌÇÐÄ policy requires institutional review and approval of all activities that involve the use of human participants.

The Human Participants Review (IRB) Committee regular scheduled meeting date is the last °Â±ð»å²Ô±ð²õ»å²¹²âÌýof each month except December. All appplcations must be submitted a minimum of 10 working days beforeÌýthe committee's regular scheduled meeting.ÌýÌýAny application submitted after that deadline is generally reviewed in next month's meeting.Ìý Applications received by 4:30Ìýp.m. on the deadline date will be considered for discussion at IRB Committee meeting that month. Otherwise, it will be reviewed the next month.Ìý
